Thanks to a grant from the Rochester Area Community Foundation, the library will be offering a year-long Health & Wellness program. It all starts with a quick kick off event on Friday, September 6 at 5:30pm (healthy snacks & and door prize!). Participants will receive a journal to track the year of healthier living.
Throughout the year, the library will be offering classes, workshops & information on mental, physical & dietary health. Every month, our Health & Wellness @ the Library “support group” will meet to check in, share ideas, strategies & recipes, celebrate successes and collect tokens that earn raffle tickets for end-of-the-year prizes, and at the end of the year-long journey, grand prizes will be awarded for the most engaged, committed and improved participants.
