Deadline to submit a poem, limerick, or verse is Monday, March 13th.
In celebration of National Poetry Month in April, Newark Public Library and Wayne County Council for the Arts are excited to announce Newark’s first annual Verses in the Village, a program to bring the beauty and inspiration of poetry by local poets to the public.
