If you receive an email stating that the sender is Newark Public Library and providing a link to make a payment, please DO NOT click on this link. Suspicious emails should be forwarded to suspectedscam@newarklibrary.org and then immediately marked as “spam”. The Library will resume basic Notary services in January 2025. The scope of Library Notary services that will be offered is limited. Library Notary services will be available by appointment only beginning in January 2025. Patrons wishing to utilize Library Notary services must first read and agree to our Notary Public Policy, available here. Anyone wishing to make a Notary appointment should call the Library on or after January 2nd, 2025 for more information.
