Tuesday, May 19th community members will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed budget for the 2026–27 fiscal year. The vote will take place at the Newark High School (625 Perison Avenue) from 9AM until 8PM. Voters must be residents of the Newark Central School District and 18 years of age or older.
The library will hold a budget hearing Thursday, May 14th from 6–6:30PM to allow voters to learn more about the proposed budget and ask questions.
